It could absolutely happen again but the last time it made a major move the donkeyed it up by paying for a pump. The news alone would of taken it to a penny but the pump scared investors off. That is why so many people are hesitant to buy now with all the good news. They are waiting to see if he actually retires the shares or is just saying hes going too.
