Part of your question, answer I can. I opened up the floor for members here to be mods after reseting the board a few months ago. I added Cheryl as a moderator because she has been an advocate of RFMK for quite some time, not to mention her role as spokesperson for RFMK. I am unaware of her official status as "spokesperson" or not for RFMK at the current time, but just know that her involvement on this board in no way assumes any particular arrangement with RFMK. As far as I am concerned, she is just another interested RFMK follower and advocate. She has done many things for shareholders and I hope for shareholders sake she continues to do great things for the brand and the movement, no matter what her status or relationship is or was or is going to be in the future.
In my opinion, RFMK shareholders should be questioning the CEO of the company and demanding answers and explanations for the lack of transparency, lack of credibility, lack of shareholder value, lack of news, lack of product/sales, lack of stock price appreciation and lack of any corporate progress on the elusive goals surrounding the 10K, audit, uplisting, chill removal, etc etc etc. The CEO of RFMK needs to answer shareholders about WHY an insider or "consultant" (however you wish to label) are receiving nearly $500,000 worth of RFMK stock recently, off the backs of shareholders piling money into this stock which has been diluted into the "cellar" over the last year. We have gone over the accomplishments on the balance sheet, the funding, the products launched, to date, however, the meager sales of a couple thousand dollars worth of revenues per quarter, is unfortunately not going to make up for millions of dollars dissapearing into the hands of insiders via massive dilution and stock sales. I hate to sound like a basher, but management really needs to provide some clarity and transparency SOON to shareholders to somehow regain a shred of credibility here. It's been months since the last set of promises, so silence is IMO not a very good sign from management. All just my opinions.
