DTL, the promoters and builders of the Titanic said it could never sink.  You know the story.  Even in Belize, two other oil companies have PR'd that they hit oil, only to make further determination that they failed to complete their well properly and viola, no oil was produced from those wells.  And that was fairly recently.  How many drug companies show promise with preliminary testing of a drug, and even have it pass the first two FDA tests, and then two years later have it fail the final FDA test and they're back to square one, and after spending tens of millions of dollars.  For sure more companies than Treaty have drilled good wells, only to have them screwed up on completion.  And for sure more companies than Treaty have drilled and successfully completed good wells only to have them water up and be essentially worthless.  Of course, you do have a choice.   Either be an investor in Treaty and bear the patience it takes for a penny stock to shore up their business as they also continue to review other opportunities and as they also continue to have to raise capital for more drilling with the intent of being successful and improving shareholder value,  Or of course, you could sell your interests in Treaty and try another investment.  As another poster mentioned this morning, penny stock investing takes a little guts and spirit.  It's not for the faint of heart.  As a moderator, I would have thought your cup was half full.  Ah, here comes the bartender.   Get Ready!
