TECO management said "they don't control the PPS".

TECO management said "they don't control the PPS". LOL! I guess that means that if Belize SJ no. 3 is successful then it doesn't necessarily mean that the PPS will move north because "TECO has no controls over the PPS". If filings are late then according to TECO it wouldn't effect the PPS lower but yet the PPS can seem to stay above 3 cents. If there are continuous false starts then according to TECO it wouldn't effect the PPS lower. If TECO dilutes their OS then according to them it doesn't effect the PPS lower. According to TECO if they sign a $250mm deal with Tanjung then it wouldn't effect the PPS higher yet the premature "TECO Strikes Oil In Belize" PR moved the PPS to an intraday .13. Why would a management team make that statement? According to TECO they simply have no controls over the PPS or IMO anything else for that matter! They definitely had zero controls over York in W. Texas. IMO their excuses are arrogant and show cause. It indicates a lack of fudiciary responsibility to their shareholders! If I take 1000 BPD by June, 2012 divided by 80 BPD per year equals 12.5 years to hit that so-called 1000 BPD. Let's account for that fact that many bought .05 and higher priced shares based on that PR'd 1000 BPD by June, 2012. That was one of many CONs at best. It must be oil industry standard business to miscalculate by 920 BPD after being given an extra 13 months to produce 1000 BPD? Cons are fraudulent and can attract the SEC unit of the FBI. I would love for a federal court to answer whether some of the 2012 PR's constitute fraud at this point. I don't want anyone getting in trouble of course but I am very curious what the letter of the law would say about this. It's almost worth looking into.
