Also wanted to clarify that the true date that has any meaning is the ex-dividend date. IF you sell your SKTO shares before this date, then you will not get the AEGY dividend shares. If you sell on or after this date, you will get your AEGY dividend shares.
Record date means nothing in terms of you receiving your shares. That's for record keeping purposes only.
