I would guess most doctors are either for it or neutral. But we basically have few to no official research to tell us whether its harmful or not. From the very limited mentions of marijuana/THC during medical school its not looked upon as harmful and the side effects of it such as Increased appetite and drowsiness are actually a few of attributes that MMJ are being used for. But anything that helps ill people that has very limited side effects are looked upon favorably. Minimizing side effects and drug to drug interactions is very very important and outside research has indicated MMJ can be an alternative that fits that bill. Now they still need more medical research once the government eases up on their restrictions so they can officially test to see what other uses MMJ can offer. I hate talking about medical research, thats the worst subject in medicine imo definitely not my forte lol
