CHICAGO, July 23, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSII ), the premier provider of Executive Search and Leadership Consulting services worldwide, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share. The dividend is payable on August 16, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 2, 2013.
