Three Part Advisors, LLC Hires Veteran Capital Mar

SOUTHLAKE, Texas, July 22, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Three Part Advisors, LLC, a capital markets advisory firm that provides investor relations, independent research and corporate development consulting services, today announced that veteran capital markets executive, Donald W. Hultgren, has joined the firm. Mr. Hultgren will serve as President of Three Part Advisors and will lead the firm's investor relations and corporate development practices. 

Mr. Hultgren currently serves on the board of directors of Wedbush Securities , a leading regional brokerage firm, and sits on the strategic advisory board of the CFA Society of Dallas – Fort Worth . Previously, Mr. Hultgren was President and CEO of SWS Group (NYSE: SWS ), the parent company of Southwest Securities. Prior to that, he was the Director of Equity Research at Raymond James and Associates , where he founded the firm's healthcare research practice. Mr. Hultgren currently sits on the national investment committee for the American Heart Association and is an active volunteer at the local, regional and national levels.
