RE the website-either they recognized themselves or their counsel advised them to remove it due to need to update w current info-as stockholders have been asking for a long time.
That doesn't mean they had a new version of the site ready to go-very unlikely. So much has changed since production began that a thorough site overhaul would be best and was needed imo-and that is implied by taking down the website for construction.
In small companies office functions often lag production because the immediate need for small companies is to produce revenue. Even large corporations in uncertain economic times are holding off on many things.
So one persons suggestion that the website should've been up within 24 hours is ridiculous-the same one who shouted fire -not just reported-that it was down and shouted fire re a number of other things-and I am now suspicious for a number of reasons their moniker may have been taken over by somebody else-say hello to js for me.
Chances are CWRN didnt have a new site plan prepared when the old website was removed.
First they have to assign somebody in house to either work on it or to work with an outside web designer-which may require BOD approval.
Not likely to have somebody in the office who can design themselves.
I was on BOD of a corp which spent months transitioning from the former BOD member inhouse designer to a present member of BOD just inhouse-who wasnt capable of doing the work himself,so it took months more with the aid of outside help to redesign the website.
So CWRN probably appoints somebody to work with outside designer and then have to coordinate the desired changes inhouse and with the outside designer in possibly many meetings. Or they may appoint a committee to work on a new design and committees almost always slow things down.
Since the last time the site was updated- imo before production- the status of some concessions has changed and new concessions have been added.
The history of the last 3 years needs to be added-which means somebody will have to write that history-in my experience that can require a lot of inhouse debates alone.
Ideally all pics taken since the last time pics were added to the site will be posted.
Perhaps they will add new features.
All this and more takes time, planning, meetings, consultation and approval.
