Here is the email and response received from our ceo. I also included two sites he could use to spread awareness over social media. May not what eveyone wants to here but he has a plan and is staying the coarse.
Dear Michael Arnkvarn,
I am writing to you today about shareholder sentiment regarding late Press Releases. Many on the message boards have expressed there dislike toward the late Press Release regimen. I understand the position by MMG however, many shareholder have become discouraged both by the ineffectiveness of the late PR's and the decline in share price following those PR's. Of course a PR with positive numbers such as revenue percentage increases or product volume would catch peoples attention more. Again i am just expressing what many have shared on the message boards.
In other matters, i am curious if you received via twitter the free beauty blogger site i sent over to gain awareness http://konector.com/best-blogs/best-beauty-blogs/ or the social media tool used for small businesses via twitter https://business.twitter.com/en/smallbiz/ . Anyways, i know you have a corporate plan in place and a marketing strategy, however i always like to share these things. When can we hear an about the corporate strategy / master plan?

Just a quick note, I hope that jeniffer's explanation helps you. We can get
into many discussions over the PR release time and as you know it is not
just a function of the time, there are many other factors. We will stay the
course with what we are doing, the benefits far outweigh the negatives
As far as the other elements in your email, please rest assured that we
appreciate the suggestions, they are noted. As you know I cannot give you
additional insight into the ongoings of the company except that we are
forging ahead with our plan and will update shareholders shortly.
