You are a good guy. I called Sean about 2 weeks ago and he told me that they are moving on WTexas. Permits to soon be filed and so on. I do not doubt that but things go on a snail pace. Sure I am frustated and who isn't? God DTL bitches more than anyone and I get called for being a basher? I believe I posted my shares months ago and I will not do that again. Anyone not liking my posts can put me on ignore. I would love for Belize to tell us there is oil. The company is 95% sure there is oil. I hope they are right. And by the way  Sean is not the only one I get my info from. Go TECO.
