Elektr?nai, Lithuania, 2013-07-22 15:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lietuvos energija, AB (company code 302648707, registered office at Elektrin?s str. 21, Elektr?nai) (the Company), informs that on 22 July, 2013 the Board of the Company accepted request of Mr Dalius Misi?nas to leave the position of Chief Executive Officer.
The Board of the Company, till the new Chief Executive Officer will be appointed, temporally appointed Mr Juozas Bartlingas, who currently holds position of Director of Department of Power Generation, as Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Mr Dalius Misi?nas, in regard with the recommendation of the Supervisory Board of UAB „Visagino atomin? elektrin?“, has been elected as a Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the UAB „Visagino atomin? elektrin?“.
