NEW YORK, July 22, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Montalvo Spirits, Inc ., (OTCQB:TQLA) ("Montalvo" or the "Company) a developer and distributor of craft spirits announced that they have begun an initiative to raise brand awareness for their flagship brand, Montalvo Tequila, through partnering with and sponsoring sporting events, concerts, non-profit functions as well as art and cultural events.

The Company has announced the first major partnership under this initiative at http://montalvospirits.com/sponsorships and on Montalvo Tequila's Facebook page .
