BTS will provide a simulation experience with the purpose of driving alignment, mindset, and capabilities across the company’s senior leadership to execute its go-forward strategy.
The experience will encourage new ways of thinking, help preserve the company’s highly successful culture, and give leaders the skills needed to deliver growth in an increasingly complex environment. BTS will work closely with the client to create a high-impact program that includes a custom business simulation to ensure on the job application and results.
