Investing 'from the ground up' is the most exciting thing an investor can do after checking out a starter company.
GESI is one which has its financial fundamentals of $50M Equity funding irrevocably in place. With that sitting and waiting to be tapped into, completion of paperwork will get the ball rolling for the build out of a modular renewable energy gasification plant. What paper work ? BUILDING PERMIT !
Calling GESI a First Class Winner is IMO no exaggeration if you examine the facts and have an eye for future profitability long / mid / short term.
