The company is not selling bottom line.  Why would the company reduce the share structure 300 million 3 months ago than reduce the ss an additional 30 million there after.  Most of the shares are restricted and they have an accredited investor who allowed them to do an all cash merger deal not disturbing the share structure.  The company will continue to do another buyout of another company in cash without the stock being disturbed.  The companies focus is to create value and increase revenue not to sell or dilute the stock price.  Your thoughts on this are wrong.  The price has dropped due to manipulation of the security.  "Where are all the million of shares coming from" What i see happening was market makers are buying high and selling low to wear down investors.  It is another market maker tactic.  they know the investor base and money will wear down so much as they can buy back at an even lower price or to cover other market maker positions.  Sounds anti intuitive but i would not put it past these guys to wear down investor confidence and then see the shareholders sell at a loss. My thoughts of coarse. Just look at all minamar plays.  some groups are punishing this company and the investors. The shareholder base of longs are tight here so the games can not continue for much longer unless we sell and help there cause. I might need to contact the sec to look into the manipulation of this stock.  I have done it in the past on other plays and it has been very affective.  i AM hesitant however because of the DTC situation.  No need to prolong that issue.
