Any votes on who should be sued for libel next -- besides the obvious ones of course.

Example, dreaminbig had some choice ones.  Easy win.  But that idiot seems to have wised up.

Thing is with a person like dreaminpig, she was so stupid she was ineffective at causing reputation damage and harm to the company.

SteveF/train1, however, my hat is off to him.  He is brilliant.  Very easy to get investors to line up and say they would have given JBII financing on better terms but they read his libel and didn't have time to research it, believed it, and didn't give financing on better terms.  This is malice and provable damages to the tune of millions. 

If I were SteveF/train1, I would go with the philosophy -- "heck, you can't bankrupt me twice...I might as well keep going!  Go for broke!  (literally)"

Anybody have any idea how deep scion's budget is for his defense?  I'm curious if he's going to run out of money like he did the last time he got sued for libel in 2003 and got his financial butt kicked.
