45min and no one was monitoring the NEW Algo's? especially they say it was NEW Software ? LMAO !!! now that's BS at it's best, Good Job Knight 
Basic Rundown
1-New software installed
2-Let's put it on the NYSE and test it ..hmm OK ?
3-Algo programmers go for a Donut break .. lol
4- No one is monitoring this so called new piece of software ? .. *yeah right, whatever* ... lol
5-they come back to the HORROR, losing 440 million in 45 min 
im pretty sure the Algo software was already used but not on the NYSE exchange, but in other markets OR they really did a CODE or a simple WORD mistake i think the ALGO was supposed to Short/Sell at the OFFER (high) and Buy/Cover at the BID (Low) instead of what was quoted in their articles as seen below
(simply replace the underlined words with each other, INTERESTING .. IMO)
