HUGE on February 7, 2013,the Company?entered into a subscription agreement, pursuant to which GreyCap Energy LLC agreed to acquire 6,250,000 shares of the common stock, constituting 20.4% of our issued and outstanding common stock, at a sale price of $0.04 per common share, for an aggregate purchase price of $250,000.
