Selling or more shorting? Treaty just doesn't seem

Selling or more shorting? Treaty just doesn't seem like the stock a long trader would sell at this point in time.   Of course there might be some selling from the impatient but my bet is that some offshore or Canadian retailers new to the stock might still try to short it without knowing the whole story.
