Neutral is what ever admin deems it to be ! That is the truth ! Most of their deletions are longs because we will tell the truth but often in argument. That is what catches their eye and the fact if you say something the RICH"S don't like they hit the TOS tab for revue ! It seems to be a lost cause but the new people don't know where else to go for info so we need promoters there to help spread the good word with out fussing with the bashers.
