Played golf today and partner turned out to be a Wells Fargo financial analyst from Ft Worth. I mentioned CTIX and he showed great interest. Particularly interested in knowing mgt ownership percentage, financial well-being (discussed Aspire), where registered (I thought it was Beverly MA) and he was very happy to hear that it was not Canada or offshore, how many times had gone to market to raise funds (said IPO was only time I knew of due to input of funds by Dr M and Leo), stage of trials and how long they had been going on, etc. We discussed Breakthrough Therapy designation and probably immediate retinoblastoma target, the Board of Advisors, U of B, alliances w/ MDA and MSK, confidentiality agreement with Pfizer, the whole kit and kaboodle. Told him the symbol, name, and where he could go to get the great DD provided by TP and JB regarding past articles on CTIX. Seemed very impressed with the successful commerciality of Dr M's prior products and the fact that this was not a one trick pony. Went into detail regarding Prurisol and the combinatory cornucopia of drugs we expect to see from both K and P. I will be seeing him regularly at the course and will wait for him to bring up the subject again (which I really believe he will as I stressed heavily that P should provide all the backup as to assuring preservation of funds and thus Kevetrin is a free ride that could result in a triple digit shareprice a few years down the road. Went into the psoriasis yearly market of about $13B and no reason Prurisol should not be able to get a healthy chunk of that if it proves out in PoC as to total efficacy with no side effects. Even went into the sale/licensing angle.
He seemed pretty impressed with the overall knowledge I had of this investment. I told him it was all due to the input from those on this board that so readily share their knowledge. Thanks again to my good friend seel and the wizard of DD TP. (I'd thank Big Jeff but it would go to his head. LOL.)
I told him how heavily I am invested in CTIX and he thought it was amazing I would have this much faith in such a new company, but I told him I sleep quite well at night knowing at worst I will make a decent return, but most likely will make an obscene return (obscene only to those not invested).
Will report back any further word from him as to how his own DD turned out or if anyone at his place was putting CTIX on their watchlist.
