We still need to know what the share structure is, and if Hollund has a plan to reduce are current structure further. We have not heard of orders yet, but since logging won't start till September/October, we may not right away. Many of the questions were answered either directly or indirectly with this announcement.
Coast EcoTimber was not the competitor Hollund was worried about. Coast has far more concessions and trees than they know what to do with based on their current harvest method. Coast only harvests one and sometimes two trees per day, and they are not geared up for more production at this time.
We still don't know where North Cal fits into the picture, and no mention of them was provided in this announcement.
As for B&D Madera S.A., this was required in order to process and export the lumber from this region. AQCI had to do much the same thing in Brazil.
