13 High Yield Stocks At New 52-Week Highs



High Dividend Yield Stocks Close To New Highs By Dividend Yield –  Stock, Capital, Investment . Here is a current sheet of high yield stocks (yield over 5 percent) that have marked a new 52-Week High within the recent days. Despite the turmoil’s at the markets, there are 46 companies at one-year highs and 13 of them pay very high dividends. I screened the best performing stocks and analyzed all with a yield over 5 percent. Thirteen companies fulfilled these criteria of which eleven have a buy or better recommendation. The highest yielding stock from the results is ARMOUR Residential (ARR) with a yield over 16 percent. The company is followed by Two Harbors Investment (TWO) who has a yield of 14.16 percent.


Here are my favorites:


ARMOUR Residential ( ARR ) has a market capitalization of $1.33 billion. The company generates revenue of $12.18 million and has a net income of $-9.44 million. The firm’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounts to $-9.39 million. The EBITDA margin is -77.12 percent (operating margin -77.12 percent and net profit margin -77.54 percent).


Financial Analysis: The total debt represents 85.96 percent of the company’s assets and the total debt in relation to the equity amounts to 851.57 percent. Due to the financial situation, a return on equity of -2.57 percent was realized. Twelve trailing months earnings per share reached a value of $0.08. Last fiscal year, the company paid $1.40 in form of dividends to shareholders.


Market Valuation: Here are the price ratios of the company: The P/E ratio is 94.02, P/S ratio 139.44 and P/B ratio 1.13. Dividend Yield: 16.13 percent. The beta ratio is 0.15.


Annaly Capital Management ( NLY ) has a market capitalization of $16.95 billion. The company employs 147 people, generates revenue of $3,579.62 million and has a net income of $343.32 million. The firm’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounts to $1,981.85 million. The EBITDA margin is 55.36 percent (operating margin 11.24 percent and net profit margin 9.59 percent).


Financial Analysis: The total debt represents 77.94 percent of the company’s assets and the total debt in relation to the equity amounts to 541.02 percent. Due to the financial situation, a return on equity of 2.59 percent was realized. Twelve trailing months earnings per share reached a value of $0.50. Last fiscal year, the company paid $2.44 in form of dividends to shareholders.


Market Valuation: Here are the price ratios of the company: The P/E ratio is 35.10, P/S ratio 4.70 and P/B ratio 1.07. Dividend Yield: 12.75 percent. The beta ratio is 0.27.


Ares Capital ( ARCC ) has a market capitalization of $3.65 billion. The company employs 470 people, generates revenue of $634.49 million and has a net income of $319.45 million. The firm’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounts to $393.95 million. The EBITDA margin is 62.09 percent (operating margin 42.64 percent and net profit margin 50.35 percent).


Financial Analysis: The total debt represents 38.49 percent of the company’s assets and the total debt in relation to the equity amounts to 65.89 percent. Due to the financial situation, a return on equity of 10.31 percent was realized. Twelve trailing months earnings per share reached a value of $1.44. Last fiscal year, the company paid $1.41 in form of dividends to shareholders.


Market Valuation: Here are the price ratios of the company: The P/E ratio is 11.41, P/S ratio 5.79 and P/B ratio 1.08. Dividend Yield: 8.93 percent. The beta ratio is 1.77.
