I knew about it from the OTC Roundtable discussions held sometime in 2011. I think it's a great idea and will give those companies that are serious about growing and creating shareholder value another exchange that has credibility.

I do hate R/S but in this case I think SIRG would do well to consider it. It will set SIRG apart from all those other OTC companies that actually belong on the pink sheets!
