Does anybody know of a way to get Admin to respond

Does anybody know of a way to get Admin to respond to questions? I have been asking about being banned from a board for days now and the only response I have gotten is "I'll look into that" and that was almost 24hrs ago.
Is IH Admin usually that slow?
