JB, I must agree with you.  In my own professional career I generally found that removing the hype, blatant commercializing, undue glitz, and use of two presentations separating the  introduction from the real news, often resulted in failure.  As I stated before, a video pod-cast with straight-forward communication with investors incorporating slides, photos, and charts could have accomplished much more and without all the confusion.  We then would have maps showing the location, pictures showing the lake, types of trees found there, as well as other pertinent information.
