You say patatoe and I say potatoe. I hear ya 0001 but I think it is just semantics. You are absolutely right there is a difference and I thank you for the clarity.  I’m sure Charlie Lynch thought he was operating within the law also.  I mean he had the blessings of the city, a business license, and many people supporting him.  Too bad they wouldn’t let those patients or city officials testify in his favor in his federal trial when he was railroaded.
