As in the Conrad Black case, pointing to others that you merely THINK commited bad behavior is not an excuse for committing libel. Even the chairman of the SEC himself couldn't get away with libel against Conrad Black and paid him huge bucks WHILE CONRAD BLACK SAT IN PRISON FOR FRAUD.
This is why news organizations are smart enough to always use the word "alleged" until found guilty in a court of law.
You however, SteveF/Train1, have blanketed the internet with libel in a way multitudes worse than anybody did against Conrad Black or the other cases posted in which case libel victims won $400,000 or $650,000.
Heck, you can't even stop yourself here. Where did the $37 million "in cash" go? THERE WAS NO $37 MILLION IN CASH or anything even remotely close to that. You threw in non-cash charges and called it cash.
