I would argue that 4 years and 5 million dollars i

I would argue that 4 years and 5 million dollars is not enough punishment for someone that orchestrates the take-down of good companies  and investors that have put their $ and trust in these companies.  The games need to stop if things are ever going to change in our public markets.  Not sure how these people sleep at night?
