It differs from old media in the way its monetized / distributed.

IMO we are entering a world where DVR has taken a big portion of your advertising revenues from the big cable companies. As evidenced by the increasing cost of your cable services. Increasingly people are looking for cheaper alternatives.

Digital TV. - Since the change of analog in 2009 the expansion and growth of the digital channels industry has exploded.

Internet TV - METACHANNELS.COM is the latest I could see to pickup ICPA content. ICPA is going to distribute its PUNCH TV content across multiple platforms.

Origional content - In the world of regurgitated content ICPA can offer its content through its own distribution platforms.

In time I think companies like HULU and more will want to have ICPA's content for its platforms. HULU, Netflix. They know they have a demographic that goes well beyond white, black, chinese.

ICPA has decided to take a different approach to its demographic. Instead of going by ethnicities ect. They go by phsycho geography. They advertise to a urban mindset, not the color of skin ect. I have a feeling its just a matter of time before content hungry companies like netflix or hulu come to ICPA for its origional content!

The concept IMO of this new media is where is the industry going. Where is the change in the industry and how can ICPA get to be THE player in the next big media trends.

A lot of their shows are created around how people view content now. Their comedy sketch shows are a throwback to blockbuster TV shows like "In living color" ICPA knows that the way people view content is changing. And rather than doing what other companies have done. ICPA is doing what will be the next trend in the months and years ahead.
