Can you guys do me a special favor? When people usually write to Tom there is mostly negative stuff. Would you be so kind as to write Tom and just let him know that you feel like I'm doing a good job... heck great even if you think so

I think it would really brighten his day and give us all an inspirational boost in self esteem after all of the bashing our team has taken.

Quite frankly, I know how hard he works. He's a good, honest and hard working person.

Can you help us all by just dropping him an email with some kind words of encouragement and inspiration so that he knows you guys are behind us as we continue to build?
