Those three are just stupid and may not have committed libel.  I have worn out shoes that are smarter than them and worth more money.  Why bother suing them?

I vote "no" to suing them.

the_big_guy, wearelegion, dreaminbig....that's about it that comes to mind.  Remember, there's nothing wrong with "bashing" or having a negative opinion.  It's when somebody makes false claims with malice and stating them as fact and causing good people who don't have time to verify the claims to get hurt and sell for prices at a fraction of the current price or cause a potential partner or customer or financier to not do business with JBII due to these false claims -- that's when you have libel and provable damages.
