No that is true, I haven't seen any of that.
So this is for real huh? Good. I hope those responsible pay and pay big.
I look forward to viewing the public documentation.
I asked Ihub one question.
Me - "I want to know if I can post a certain kind of post. A company I own shares in is likely going to sue (or the shareholders will sue) certain other Ihub posters for defamation. The case, when filed, will name certain Ihub posters as defendants.
The cases have not begun yet. However, as they are filed, does IHub allow the posting of these cases (because they directly relate to the company) even though it is quite possible certain Ihub poster and their pseudonyms may be identified in the case. ?"
Response - "If what you post is the actual court document, then it's allowed. Anything else, like PR's, newsletters, etc, are not. This is a 'canned' response we give when folks want to post something that the company puts out and it names posters, even if by alias only: "
