IT was the filler in the concrete underneath the asphalt that came up during the recycling process, when asphalt cooled, looks like snakes embedded in asphalt, we were ordered to shut down, they haft to take out all the rubber fillers for cracks in the concrete! They are heat resistance! Well, with what I had left from two other stock buys, spent 63.00 on icpa at .0177 to help get it green!
