Really???, A Federal Judge told you that an item designed, imported, and distributed specifically for use with marijuana, as Cannacig is, is not illegal?????, LOL, name the Judge and their reasoning, and your friend in the DEA also said the same?????, LOL, name the person and their reasoning, as for your attorney, 50% of all attorneys who take a case to trial, lose on their argument, in otherwords, you have a 50-50 shot that hes right, my sister has been practicing law for over 3 dacades in Federal court, shes tried 100s there, shes even defended drug cases, her opinion is that Cannagig fits right into 21 U.S.C. § 863 like a glove because of the way that RFMK promoted it, and more importantly, the way they are only selling it to medical marijuana states shows clear intent and knowledge on RFMKs behalf, guess we will just have to wait and see.
