NEW YORK, July 18, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Charter Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHTR ) will become a component of the NASDAQ-100 Index ^® (Nasdaq: NDX ) and the NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index (Nasdaq: NDXE ) prior to market open on Thursday, July 25, 2013. Charter Communications, Inc. will replace BMC Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: BMC ).
