I agree with you about uplisting to a real exchange (better liquidity, more credibility and less mischief), and board candidates should be on Leo's "to do list" now, in preparation for when the SP goes over $3.
But I would never want to see a reverse split to get there. If there is any positive news about the K or P trials, the SP will react in the blink of an eye even here on the OTC, as MMs will know uplist is right around the corner.
