GelTech Solutions, Inc. (OTCQB: GLTC), creators of FireIce, a revolutionary water enhancing fire suppressant that has the potential to change current firefighting techniques, announced today the appointment of Matthew Struzziero as the new director of sales and strategic operations.

"As we begin to gain significant traction in several markets for our products, we were pleased to be able to recruit someone with Matt's credentials," stated Michael Cordani, GelTech Solutions, Inc. chief executive officer. "We are excited to have Matt join our team where he can contribute to our transition from a company focused on R & D into a sales and distribution organization."

Matthew Struzziero comes to GelTech Solutions with a diverse business background in operations, sales, and strategy. Mr. Struzziero previously worked for ExxonMobil in a number of positions, most recently as an operations and intelligence analyst in the Corporate Security, Safety, Health & Environment department located in Houston; prior to that, he worked in ExxonMobil's Fuels Marketing division as a regional manager for company-owned retail sites in Austin, Charlotte, and Ft. Lauderdale. Mr. Struzziero also worked in sales for Philip Morris in Boston and graduated from Boston College with degrees in Finance, Marketing, and HR Management.
