The Board of JSC “Riga Electric Machine Building Works” informs
The Board of JSC “Riga Electric Machine Building Works” informs that on July 17, 2013 it obtained the resolution of L.Dardzane the State Notary of the Latvian Republic Enterprise Register. Therefore, the decision has been taken as follows:
1) enter reorganization – merger into the Commercial Register as merging the commercial company “LatTransKomplekt” Ltd , unified register No. 40103287324, to the commercial company Joint Stock Company “Riga Electric Machine Building Works”, unified register No. 40003042006,
2) the registration case of “LatTransKomplekt” Ltd, unified register No. 40103287324:
1. cancel the commercial company from the Enterprise Register;
2. announce its registration certificate as invalid one.
