If we are acquiring a company because it's assets are inexpensive and there's huge future potential in the pipeline, you are correct. A very brief fundamental analysis shows $BCAP as a buy at $0.0002 and even $0.0003 (usually one is unable to acquire at net asset value).
The $270k reduction in liabilities per the 05/16/2012 PR by itself is worth over $0.0001/share to shareholders. At $0.0002 $BCAP is an absolute steal. That's without the acquisition of additional revenue generating assets.
