Hey, Moxy!
While your suggestion would be a great way (really!) to check upon the thinking of the accountants & lawyers doing the work on the Form-10, you should know that they would never, ever trade in E1's stock, as they would most likely end up in jail for trading on inside information.
So, I can promise you that we'll never see Gracin & Marlow or RBSM on the shareholders list.
