SEC recently kiled 379 companies http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2012-05-14/sec-...-push.html 1 wrong peep or mis quote from CEO and BAM!!! Co is dead and all your investments go down the toilet! News will come in due time PATIENCE! Theres a wrong and a right way to do these things! Pass it on when newbies start crying no news .
