(NYSE: BXC ), a leading distributor of building products in North America, announced today that it will release second-quarter financial results before the stock market opens on Wednesday, July 31st, followed by a conference call at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
During the call, Howard Cohen, executive chairman and Doug Goforth, chief financial officer and treasurer, will discuss the Company's quarterly performance and financial results for the second-quarter ended June 29, 2013.
