Once again exactly what I said to BC back in April.....

I will BUY restricted and SELL some of my unrestricted on the run up........

....just haven't seen that run up yet.........

But to the point of the new guy in......I can't see him coming in on the 1st and making any type of a quick decision on something so big without giving it a couple of weeks at least.....

I think with this latest information (excuse?)....Baltia has bought at least to the end of the month before they have to either move through that gate or come up with some other excuse.........
