This company is building a great reputation for quality products and CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is big in today's market.  It seems like no one cares about the customer after the fact, and these guys are training their employee's to be the very best representatives of the company.

That tells me, at least in my opinion, that if Dan cares enough to teach his employee's how to treat customers, then he does care very much about this company and will do what ever it takes to grow this company Big Time!!
