That is my understanding....approval is assured and just around the corner.  Allegedly there was an unofficial assurance from someone at the FAA that this time around the manuals have achieved passing grades....just that now officially the grades have to be recorded.  Also, with the promotion of someone high up in the chain (who was holding back any decision making) and the filling of his position by someone who has been very cooperative with Baltia in the past (which occurred yesterday), it is believed that first gate approval is imminent.

Perhaps that is the purpose of Wed. meeting.....which I am not privy to as of yet. 

My interpretation of  recent conversations.....we should be passing through gate one before the end of this month.....perfect timing for me, in all honesty.  I have a major event scheduled for 8/13 which is/was almost two years in the making, so I am hoping Baltia starts taking off this month....just towards the end of the month.........don't want to complicate or jeopardize my agreement in any way.....
