Look at this map from Google. The mine is the Emerald Isle Mine so the map is at least 3 yrs old. You can see that the Mineral Park Mine is just over a small mountain range east of the Chloride Mine. They are the ones caught operating without permits and fined $1.3M.

You can see this is a remote and barren area and there will be no environmental issues - the Mineral Park does not have an EIS so it is not fair that SIRG is being required to produce one.
