In September 2011 there was a CC. Matt said that he wouldn't be cashing out his shares until $0.05. If I recall correctly, he planned to retire at that point and his #2 would become CEO.
We're some distance from that, but I'd just like to note the only dilution occured to raise money to further the company (S-1 and convertible debt funding). It was accretive, not toxic and since that time no further dilution occured. There's plenty of time to see huge revenues here before the end of the two-year period, as well as share buybacks.
