Email from Minerco Chairman of the Board
On Tuesday, July 2nd I was looking on the Level 5 website. I decided to write IR about when they would update shareholders on the product launch and also to update their Level 5 website.
Sure enough, one day later (July 3rd at 4:47pm) I received this email from the MINE chairman of the board. Thought I would share it with all of you:

Dear shareholder,
Level 5 and Minerco would like to thank all of our shareholders for their continued faith and support as we launch our portfolio of Level 5 products. Like many of our shareholders and consumers, we follow a “steady” approach, but we strive to always move forward (no matter how small the steps). We look forward to sharing our products with all of you as soon as possible.
On this Independence Day, we would like to focus our praise, admiration and appreciation on all of our heroes in the military that give all of us (and I mean ALL of us) the opportunity to live our lives freely and peacefully in the best country in the world. Without the service and sacrifice of our servicemen and their families, none of this would be possible. Let’s never forget that!

I don’t usually personally respond to shareholder inquiries (usually IR and our CEO do this), but when I saw this inquiry…I wanted to handle it. First off, Thank You for your service to our great country. Not just today, but every day! Happy Independence Day! That comes from our entire team at Level 5, Minerco and Power Brands. And personally, from me, to all the warriors of our great country.

Thank you for your email, we sincerely appreciate involved shareholders! Level 5, together with Power Brands, has developed a “plan of attack” for all the required steps to launch our products into stores and beyond. Like any plan, the details of our plan change by the day (or faster) which is why we only release the completed steps to the public. Please keep this in mind as we answer some of your questions…
Q: If the product will not be in stores for a while... could you please update the shareholders on a tentative plan on marketing and distribution, and possible market categories Level 5 will be in.
A: Depending on your geographical location, you will not have to wait “for a while.” We will be defining “for a while” very soon.
Q: Also, could you update the Level 5 website a little more... and also would be great if you started a Facebook page for level 5.
A: Our Level 5 website, Facebook and Twitter pages will be live soon. It will be timed according to our “Launch Schedule.” As soon as they are live, we will let you know.
